Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At The HakMir Brand, every piece represents originality, quality, and purpose. We take pride in providing exclusive streetwear and limited-edition apparel to our customers.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

All returns must be approved before merchandise is shipped back.

2. Preorders & Limited-Edition Releases

Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities or manufactured specifically based on customer preorders.

Preorder cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once production begins, preorders cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

Preordered and limited-edition items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any exceptions will be reviewed individually at our discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If we made an error with your order, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, although your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

5. Exchanges & Sizing

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts before purchasing.

Exchanges for a different size are subject to inventory availability.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, replacement sizes may not always be available.

If an exchange cannot be completed, we will discuss available alternatives for eligible returns.

6. Nonreturnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for standard returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized apparel.
  • Final-sale or clearance merchandise.
  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Preorder and limited-edition merchandise, except where otherwise stated.

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and production timelines may vary depending on the collection.

Preorder customers will be provided with an estimated fulfillment timeline.

We will communicate significant production or shipping delays and provide cancellation or refund options where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment and determining available options.
